Our latest update refines the process of scheduling recurring posts within the Social Planner tool, allowing you to decide exactly which day and month you want your posts to recur. This improved flexibility can help to keep your content timely and relevant to your audience.

Enhanced Editing and Deletion in Planner and Calendar Views

Previously, users faced challenges when attempting to delete or edit singular instances of recurring posts. The behavior of such actions varied between the Planner and Calendar views. Now, this experience has been streamlined:

• Unified Experience: Edit or delete specific post instances without affecting the overall recurring series.
• Drag and Drop Functionality: In Calendar view, you can easily reschedule individual recurring posts with a simple drag and drop.

Seamless Functionality

Here's how you can make the most of this feature:

1. Navigate to Marketing > Social Planner.
2. Add your socials into the Social Planner.
3. Create a New Post by adding socials, caption, media, hashtags, and first-time comments.
4. Schedule as Recurring: Choose from daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly post recurrences. You can select the exact date for monthly schedules and both month and date for yearly schedules.
5. View Schedule Clarity: The first post date and time will be clearly displayed for easy tracking.

Important Notes

• Standalone Posts: Editing any individual post will convert it into a standalone post, removing it from the recurring schedule.
• Planner View Visibility: Only future iterations of a recurring post are visible in the Planner View.
• Availability: This enhancement is not yet available in the Social Planner mobile app.
