Discover the Enhanced Response Info Feature in Conversation AI
Our latest update to the Response Info feature brings three dynamic enhancements designed to improve tracking and transparency when using AI-generated responses: Agent Preview, Chat History Tab, and Action Execution History.
Key Enhancements
- Agent Preview: Seamlessly view the Agent Name in AI Message Details to better monitor and track interactions.
- Chat History Tab: Gain insight into previous conversations used to form AI responses for improved context.
- Action Execution History: Increase transparency by tracking all actions initiated by the AI to generate responses.
How It Works
Accessing AI Message Details
- Navigate to the Conversation View.
- Click on Response Info to access the AI Message Details panel.
- This panel presents the AI-generated response, providing essential details such as the prompt, intent, and supportive data.
Discover New Details
Chat History Tab
- A dedicated Chat History tab is added to the AI Message Details panel.
- Selecting this tab allows users to view past conversations contributing to the AI's response generation.
- Focuses only on relevant bot-user interactions, maintaining clarity.
Action Execution History
- Situated below the Chat History section, find an expandable accordion-style dropdown for Action Execution History.
- Users can explore this section to review all actions taken by the AI during response generation, such as Appointment Booking or updating contact fields.
- Included details:
- Action Description: Describes the action attempted by the AI.
- Request Sent to AI: Specific requests made to the AI (e.g., appointment details).
- Response Generated by AI: The final data AI returned.
These improvements empower users with greater visibility into AI response formulation, enhancing data verification and facilitating efficient AI interaction management.
