We're excited to announce enhancements to our Social Planner that make the process of importing posts via CSV files more efficient and user-friendly. With these updates, you can enjoy a smoother experience while scheduling multiple social media posts, even when working with long videos or numerous files.

Key Enhancements

• Import Options: Now, you can import using both CSV and XLXS files for added convenience.

• Date Format Flexibility: Multiple date formats are supported, including:

  • YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm
  • YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm:ss
  • YYYY/MM/DD HH:mm:ss
  • YYYY/MM/DD HH:mm
  • M/D/YYYY H:mm:ss
  • M/D/YYYY H:mm

  You can also utilize the 24-hour format for added precision.

• Performance Improvements: The bulk import functionality has been optimized for speed, allowing for the processing of dozens of files, including lengthy videos, within seconds to minutes.

How to Maximize the New Features

Getting Started

1. Prepare Your File: Create your CSV file using the sample provided in our latest release.
2. Social Account Integration: Connect your social accounts by navigating to Social Planner Settings and selecting "New Integrations."

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Access the Planner: Go to Marketing > Social Planner.

2. Import Steps:

   • Click on CSV Bulk Import.
   • Upload your CSV file with scheduled dates. Note that any post without a date will default to draft status. You can add captions, images, GIFs, and video links.

   

3. Choose Platforms: Select the social networks you want to post to and, if necessary, send them for approval.

   
   

4. Review: Click "View Post" after processing to review your scheduled posts. Correct any errors that may be present.

   

5. Finalize: Click on "Import" to schedule up to 90 posts at lightning speed.

Look forward to advanced CSV options that will enable bulk importing of stories, reels, and shorts, alongside additional support for each social platform. Future updates will also allow you to add watermarks, first-time comments, tags, and categories to your posts.
