Enhanced Terms & Conditions for Compliance
In response to the updated A2P requirements, we've introduced enhancements to the Terms & Conditions (T&C) element within our forms. This update is specifically designed to boost compliance, improve customization, and elevate the user experience as you collect messaging consent from your customers.
What's New?
Two Separate T&Cs for Clearer Consent
- Transactional Messages: Users have the option to explicitly opt-in to receive important notifications such as appointment reminders, order confirmations, and account updates.
- Promotional Messages: A distinct opt-in for marketing messages, special offers, and product updates.
- Independent Opt-in: Both consent options are presented with individual checkboxes for transparency and flexibility.
Editable T&C Content
- Directly modify the text for both the Transactional and Promotional T&Cs within the form editor to ensure that your terms align perfectly with compliance requirements and business needs.
Auto-Addition with Phone Element
- Including the Phone element in your form will now automatically add both Transactional and Promotional T&Cs.
- If you prefer to add T&Cs separately, you can select either one or both from the right-side panel.
Submission Recording for Compliance
- Consent choices made by users are now captured in the "Terms & Conditions" column within the submission table. Here's how the formatting works:
- If both are opted-in: "Transactional; Promotional"
- If only one is opted-in: "Transactional" or "Promotional"
- If none are opted-in: The field remains empty.
