Enhancements to Text2Pay: Taxes & Discounts
We’re excited to introduce some valuable updates to our Text2Pay feature, designed to make payment collection more efficient and customizable for you.
What’s New?
- Taxes and Discounts: You can now add taxes and discounts directly in the Text2Pay modal.
- Modify Due Date: Easily adjust the payment due dates directly from the modal.
- Revamped User Interface: Enjoy a refreshed UI experience when using Text2Pay via the Contacts screen.
How to Use the New Features
- Request a Payment
Navigate to either the Contacts or Conversations section. Click on the hamburger menu to select the Request Payment option.

- Add Products
You can type to add a product on the go or select from your pre-existing products list.

- Include Discounts and Taxes
Simply add any applicable discounts or taxes in the modal as needed.


- Modify Payment Due Date
If necessary, you can modify the payment’s due date directly from the request modal.

Our goal with these updates is to provide enhanced support for Text2Pay, making it easier and more customizable to collect payments with the addition of taxes and discounts.
