We’re excited to announce a significant update in our permission settings, dedicated to enhancing user management within your CRM ecosystem. This update introduces a more granular approach by replacing the existing team management settings with a dedicated user management permission. This change not only enhances flexibility but also gives administrators greater control over user creation permissions.

New Permission Settings

  • View and Manage Users: This permission setting allows users to create, edit, and delete other users within the account, streamlining administrative tasks.
  • View Users: This grants a view-only access to the user list, ensuring those without administrative roles can still stay informed.
  • If both permissions are disabled, the “Team” and “MyStaff” sections will no longer appear in the side navigation bar, reducing clutter for non-administrative users.

  • More Granular Control: Previously, there wasn’t a way to manage who could create or modify user accounts, leading to potential administrative challenges. With the new settings, administrators can distinctly define user roles, enhancing security and organizational efficiency.
