We are excited to introduce significant enhancements to the current wait action, designed to improve the user experience and add more powerful features. Read on to learn about all the updates.
One of the key improvements is the addition of branching. There will now be two separate branches: one for an actual condition and one for a timeout. This allows you to take specific actions based on whether the contact has fulfilled the wait condition or if the wait has timed out.
To make it even easier for users, there are text explanations for each branch node. These explain what will happen for that specific branch, simplifying the process of configuring your wait actions.
We have introduced a brand new UI for the "Wait For" field to give users more visibility to all the available options.
The stats view has been enhanced to allow users to move or remove selective contacts waiting on the wait action to the next action. Additionally, the "Next Execution Time" will now be displayed on the stats view.
We have added bifurcation in the Execution Logs to separately display timed-out contacts and those who have fulfilled the conditions.
Current "Wait" actions will continue to function as expected, with no changes applied automatically. If you wish to switch to the newer version, follow these steps:
These enhancements are a substantial step towards making your wait actions more intuitive and powerful. Should you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to contact us.
