New Enhancements: Add Order Confirmation to Forms with Products

We are thrilled to reveal a substantial enhancement to your SMBcrm experience – the addition of Order Confirmation support to our Forms.

With this improvement, you can now elect to include an order confirmation page following form submissions that include products. This feature offers your customers immediate confirmation of their successful product purchase.

How this Update Benefits You

  • Immediate Confirmation: Users will receive instant order confirmation upon successful payment for a product, improving the purchasing experience.
  • Custom Themes: The theme for the order confirmation page is automatically derived from the form theme selected, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Detailed Order Overview: Your customers will see an overview of their order, which includes details such as their Name, Email, Phone, Address, Country, Product details, and the total amount paid.

How To Use This Enhancement

Using this new feature is simple:

  1. Navigate to the Integrations tab within your account and add the “Payment” element.
  2. Add products to your forms.
  3. Go to Styles and Options and select the “On Submit actions” option.
  4. Here, you’ll find the option to include an order confirmation page upon successful payment.
