This trigger allows you to automate workflow actions based on updates in a contact’s Engagement Score. This tool improves the efficiency of managing and responding to your contacts’ engagement levels.

Key features of Contact Engagement Score Trigger include:

  • Automated Activation: This function automatically triggers workflow actions based on changes in Engagement Scores.
  • Customizable Filters: You can apply filters to trigger workflows based on specific numerical conditions of the Engagement Score.

Available conditions include:

  • Is equal to a score
