Enhancements to Contact Engagement Tools

We are excited to announce enhancements to our customer engagement strategies with updated workflow features. Now, you can utilize triggers based on changes in Contact Engagement Scores. Plus, you can directly adjust these scores with our new actions. This enhancement is designed to increase your efficiency in managing and responding to your contacts’ engagements.

Some potential use-cases for these new tools include:

  • Segmentation for Targeted Campaigns: By triggering workflows to segment contacts into different marketing campaigns based on their engagement score thresholds, you can better target your audience.
  • Automated Follow-up: Start a follow-up sequence when a contact’s engagement score drops below a particular point, indicating a potential decline in their interest.
  • Rewarding Engaged Contacts: Automatically reward contacts with high engagement scores by sending them exclusive offers, further encouraging their continued interaction.
  • Data Cleaning: Identify contacts with an “empty” engagement score as potentially inactive or unengaged, prompting a review or removal from active campaigns.
