Exciting Update: In-app Notifications Now Available for Tagging

We’re proud to announce that notifications for tagging are now live on the SMBcrm platform.

Our Supported Notifications

Currently, we are providing in-app notifications for when you are tagged in a post or a comment. This means when you or your peers are tagged in a comment or a post in any group, the tagged users will receive an email as well as in-app notifications.

Accessing In-App Notifications

In-app notifications can be easily accessed by clicking on the bell icon located in the top right corner next to your user profile view.

Key Features of Our In-App Notifications

Our in-app notifications come with a few features designed to keep you up-to-date and efficient:

• A counter over the bell icon displays the number of unread notifications.
• Unread notifications are conveniently marked with a blue dot.
• You have the option of viewing all notifications or only the unread ones.
