Exciting Enhancements to Our Community Section

We continuously strive to provide our users with the best, which includes regularly updating our features for better usability and overall performance. We promise, you'll be excited about our most recent enhancements.

Edit Those Oops Moments: Comment Editing

Everyone has those moments when you hit 'send' only to realize there was a typo or a strange autocorrect in there. We now facilitate our beloved users with the option to edit their comments on any post within the community. This features allows for only the original author of the comment to make the changes.

Here's your simple guide on how to edit a comment:

• Open the specific post where the comment is located.
• Find and click on the three-dot icon on the top right corner of your comment.
• Choose 'Edit Comment' from the drop-down menu.
• Make your required changes in the editor.
• Once you're content with the changes, click on the 'Edit Comment' button on the bottom right of the editor.
• And done! We'll mark it with an 'Edited' text so it's transparent.

Hey Admins! You've Got Member Requests

We believe in making the lives of our group admins and owners as easy as possible. Now, you'll see a red dot (an unread counter) on the member status dropdown in the 'People' section. This red dot will pop up whenever there's a pending request from a user to join the group. Now you'll never miss an eager participant!

Other Updates and Enhancements on Board

We believe in consistently bettering ourselves for your convenience. In line with that, we have also made the following enhancements:

• To maintain consistency, group members count will now sync every 24 hours. This ensures there is no mismatch between the actual number of group members and the number shown in the group description.
• Have we mentioned how much we dislike redundancies? We've fixed the invitation via email flow if the user is already part of the group. No more unnecessary emails!
• To keep your contacts clean and organized, we have also fixed duplicate contact creation from the invitation flow.
• We've moved pub sub triggers from API service to Change Stream for more efficient MemberCount updates.
• Finally, for an aesthetic touch, we updated the drop-shadow on our featured cards to make them more prominent.
