Exciting Updates to Workflows Integrated Email Builder

Exciting news for all users who utilize our integrated Email builder for workflows! We’ve made some stellar improvements to provide you with an even smoother experience. Now you can save changes and also save them as new templates when using the Email Template Builder within Workflows.

What’s new, you ask?

Let us break it down for you:

Save as New: Ever wished you could tinker around with a template without losing the original? Your wish is now a command! With this update, create fresh new templates based on your edits, all without altering the original.

Preserve Originals: Your original templates remain untouched while you experiment and make changes to your heart’s content!

These updates infuse your work with all the flexibility you need and streamline your email workflow for efficiency.

Where to find these new features?

It’s simple. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

  1. Navigate to Workflows and open the Email Action.
  2. From the dropdown list, choose a template.
  3. You’ll find an Edit option on the Template Thumbnail. Click on it.
  4. This is where the fun begins. Make the desired changes and click on “Save as New Template”.

  5. All that’s left is for you to name the new template. And voila, you’re done!

At present, in other integrations like the Template Builder integration with Contacts, we only support the “Save” option. But stay tuned for more features to make your workflow effortless.
