Before: Some users reported formatting problems with email signatures when using the TipTap editor. This issue was present on the Conversations page's new email composer and email signatures added by users on the My Profile page.
The Fix: We've successfully tackled the main formatting troubles tied to the TipTap editor. Now, all email signatures will render correctly, resulting in an enhanced user experience.
Users can now activate the 'New Message Composer' and the 'Profile V2' feature right from our Labs. This step allows you to start using these improvements conveniently, without any issues.
Important Note: With this new update, many initial concerns about enabling these features are now resolved. We are confident that these formats will elevate your communication strategy through SMBcrm.
