Our latest update brings a significant expansion to the Ad Manager Statistics section. With this enhancement, SMBcrm users can now access performance data for Sales and Engagement campaigns—previously only available for Leads and Traffic objectives.
In the Ad Manager, under the Statistics tab, you can view detailed performance insights for your campaigns. Specifically, in the "Results" column of campaign statistics, users can now see outcome data for:
The conversion location showcases the number of people who initiated a conversation through the ad.
Website: Displays the number of link clicks on the ad.
Messaging Apps: Displays the number of people who began a conversation through the ad.
These insights appear in a familiar format under Ad Manager Statistics > Campaign Details, within the Results column, right alongside the other campaign metrics.
