We are excited to announce a new feature that enhances your record management capabilities: the ability to export issued certificates data as a CSV file. This update aims to simplify the process of accessing and managing your certificate records efficiently.
Key Benefits
- Efficient Data Retrieval: Users can now specify a date range before exporting, ensuring that only the necessary data is retrieved.
- Immediate Access for Small Exports: If you are exporting fewer than 500 certificates, the CSV file will be available for immediate download.
- Convenient Email Notification: For exports containing more than 500 certificates, you'll receive an email with a download link once the export is complete.
- Time-Sensitive Links: CSV download links are available for 24 hours, ensuring timely access to your data.
How to Export Issued Certificates Data as a CSV

Navigate to the Issued Certificates Section
- Go to Certificate Builder > Issued Certificates.

Select the Date Range
- Use the date filter to specify the range for the certificate data you wish to export.

Click on "Export Data"
- Locate the "Export Data" button next to the search Title field to initiate the export process.
- Download and Open the CSV File
- The system will generate a structured CSV file containing Contact Name, Email, Phone, Certificate ID, Issue Date, Expiry Date, and Certificate URL.
This streamlined export process provides easy access to certificate data, significantly improving your ability to manage records efficiently.
