Getting Started with Facebook Shop Integration
Creating a Facebook Shop
If you haven’t set up a shop in Meta Commerce Manager, you can get started by visiting Meta Commerce Manager. Navigate to your Business Portfolio and select “Add Account” under the Commerce Accounts section to establish your shop.
Steps in Your CRM System
- Enable Feature: Ensure the Multiple Facebook Pages feature is activated via your account settings under Settings -> Labs.
- Access Integration: Proceed to Settings > Integrations > Facebook & Instagram to configure the integration.
- First-Time Connection: For first-time users, link your Facebook account and provide the required permissions. Select your desired Facebook/Instagram Shop pages in the “Manage Pages” section.
- Reconnect for Existing Users: Users with an existing Facebook/Instagram integration must disconnect and reconnect the service, ensuring that the LeadConnector integration is removed on the Facebook side under Settings –> Business Integrations.
- Connect Pages to Stores: After selecting shop pages, link them to your e-commerce store via “Messenger Settings” in the integration card.
- Product Sync Control: Enable or disable product sync for each page according to your needs.
Important Notes
- Ensure the Facebook Page has a connected Product Catalog for syncing.
- The page category should be “E-commerce Website” for effective listing.
- One-time products will sync to Meta Marketplace; recurring products are not supported.
- Enabling “track Inventory” or “continue selling out of stock” sets inventory to 999, as it’s mandatory in Meta Commerce Manager.
