Faster Connections with Leads

Previously, agents had to wait for leads to answer and listen through a call recording message before they could start conversing. This process sometimes delayed the interaction and impacted the overall efficiency of the call. With the latest update, agents are now connected to leads instantly upon their answer. This means there's no more waiting around for the recording message to finish – agents get to the conversation faster, hearing the call recording message simultaneously with the lead.

Important Bug Fix

In very rare cases, some agents encountered an issue where they would hear hold music and were unable to speak to leads. We understand how disruptive this was and are pleased to report that this issue has been resolved. Agents can now connect with leads seamlessly without unintended interruptions.
