We’re excited to share some improvements to the way you manage appointments in the Conversations module. These subtle but important changes will make managing your appointments easier and more intuitive.
Previously, when you cancelled an appointment, you lost the ability to view the details of that appointment within the Conversations module. We heard your feedback and have now updated this feature to provide more flexibility.

Maintaining a record of deleted appointments has always been a useful feature. However, it was confusing to locate since the title did not clearly indicate it was a deleted appointment. So we made the necessary changes:
