Improved Appointment Management in Conversations Module

Managing Your Appointments Just Got Easier!

We’re excited to share some improvements to the way you manage appointments in the Conversations module. These subtle but important changes will make managing your appointments easier and more intuitive.

Updates to Cancelled Appointments

Previously, when you cancelled an appointment, you lost the ability to view the details of that appointment within the Conversations module. We heard your feedback and have now updated this feature to provide more flexibility.

  • The “View Appointment” option is now available for cancelled appointments.
  • Our users can access and modify the specifics of cancelled appointments directly from the Conversations module.

Enhancements to Deleted Appointments

Maintaining a record of deleted appointments has always been a useful feature. However, it was confusing to locate since the title did not clearly indicate it was a deleted appointment. So we made the necessary changes:

  • Now, when an appointment is deleted, the activity title clearly reads as “Appointment Deleted”.
  • While users can view deleted appointments, note that modifications are not allowed to keep the record intact.
