Improved Management for Deleted Third-Party Calendars

Improved Handling for Deleted Third-Party Calendars

Managing third-party calendar connections is now easier than ever with our latest improvement. Previously, users encountered challenges when a calendar connected to their account was deleted at the provider's end, often requiring assistance from support. We've streamlined this process with a user-friendly solution.

How It Works

When a connected third-party calendar, such as Google or Outlook, is deleted by you or your provider:

  • Error Notification: The system will display an error banner alerting you to the deleted connection.
  • "Fix This" Button: A new button labeled "Fix This" will appear on the error banner, designed to help you resolve the issue directly.

Steps to Resolve

Clicking the "Fix This" button presents a straightforward process to clean up your calendar connections:

  • Modal Display: A modal will open, listing all the deleted calendar instances.
  • Connection Details: See exactly where each deleted calendar was previously connected within your account.
  • Quick Action: Use the "Remove Deleted Calendars" call-to-action to resolve the issue instantly, helping you maintain a clean and efficient calendar management experience.
