- Previously, non-US based customers faced difficulties syncing their invoices to QuickBooks due to mandatory regional tax requirements. Invoices without the appropriate tax attachments could not be processed in QBO.
- Enhanced Tax Feature:
- With this update, non-US customers can now seamlessly create and attach applicable taxes to their products while generating invoices. This ensures a successful sync to QBO, including all necessary tax details.
You can easily navigate to this feature by following these steps:
- Go to Payments:
- Access your payment settings directly from your dashboard.
- Settings:
- Within the payments section, head over to the settings tab.
- Taxes:
- Here, you can create the necessary taxes and associate them with your products during the invoice creation process.
