We are excited to introduce a quality-of-life enhancement to our service calendars. Taking a step towards greater customization and better time management, users can now configure calendar availability for service calendars, adding an additional layer to how available slots are determined.
Previously, available slots in our service calendars were solely determined by staff availability. Considering the unique needs of every business, we recognize this constraint can create complications. That’s why we’re expanding on this feature, offering you more control over your scheduling.
Our latest update improves on the previous iteration of the service calendar by introducing Calendar Availability. Similar to other calendar types on our platform, you can now dictate your service calendar availability precisely as required.
What does this mean? You can now configure weekly working hours and date-specific hours for each of your service calendars. When the system calculates available slots, it will take into consideration both the calendar availability you’ve configured and the availability of the staff member. This means better accuracy, and therefore better scheduling, for you and your team.
