Mobile Payments: In-Person Signatures Now Available
We are excited to share our newest feature enhancement that simplifies mobile payment transactions – in-person signing within documents and contracts on our mobile app. Now, you can create a document using a template with a signature field directly on your mobile device. Once published, you can facilitate the signing process in-person, all from within the app.
What’s New
- View As: You can now open a published document on behalf of a signer to capture their signature.
- Sign Document: Receive signatures using text entry or free-hand drawing directly on the mobile app.
How to Use This Feature
- Login to the Mobile App: Ensure your preferred account is selected when logging in.
- Navigate to Documents and Contracts: Access this section from the left-hand navigation drawer.
- Create a New Document: Use a template that includes signature fields.
- Publish the Document: Tap the share button and copy the link for the document.
- Locate the Document: Go back to the “All Documents” tab. If the document isn’t marked as “Sent,” refresh the page until it updates.
- Initiate Signing: Tap the three dots beside the document tile, select “View As,” and choose a recipient to record their signature.
- Capture Signature: Hand your device over to the recipient to sign and complete any required fields.
- Complete the Process for All Signers: Repeat as needed for each signer.
- Success: Your document is successfully signed.
