How It Works

1. Progress through the Create Agent setup until you reach the Phone & Availability step.
2. Enter the phone number you want to conduct your test with.
3. Click Call Me to receive a test call and hear your AI Agent in action.
4. Engage with your agent and assess its responses.
5. After the call, examine:
   • Call History – Review details of the test calls performed.
   • Transcripts & Recordings – Delve into the conversation to pick out insights.
   • Summaries & Feedback – Provide your rating and make necessary tweaks to enhance your agent’s interaction style.

By integrating this feature, setting up your AI Agent becomes a smoother process, offering a direct evaluation route that saves time and perfects performance without unnecessary complexity.
