We're excited to share an enhancement that significantly boosts your communication possibilities: the integration of WhatsApp as a supported channel in our Conversation AI workflow actions. This new feature allows you to engage clients and customers more effectively by expanding the reach of your Appointment Booking Conversation AI Bot and Conversation AI Q&A Bot. With this enhancement, these AI-driven tools can now interact with your audience directly through WhatsApp, leading to improved customer support and engagement.

How to Integrate WhatsApp into Your Workflow

Step 1: Access the Workflow

To begin using WhatsApp as a channel, navigate to the automation workflows:

  • Go to the Automations section and select Workflow List.
  • Choose whether to Edit an existing workflow or Create a new one.
  • Select a Conversation AI Bot Action by choosing either the Appointment Booking Conversation AI Bot action or the Conversation AI Q&A Bot action.

Step 2: Enable WhatsApp as a Channel

In the action settings:

  • Locate the "Channel" field within the settings.
  • From the dropdown menu, select WhatsApp as your channel of choice.

Step 3: Save the Workflow

After making these selections, ensure to save your changes to enable the bot to seamlessly respond to WhatsApp messages as per your configuration.
