We are thrilled to introduce our latest update focused on enhancing your Embed & Share interface across Forms, Surveys, and Quizzes. This update is aimed at making your user experience more intuitive, visual, and efficient while putting emphasis on ease of use and clarity.

What's New?

This update brings a fresh UI for configuring key components:

Embed Layouts

• Choose from Sticky Sidebar, Slide-In, Popup, and Inline layouts with clear previews, offering a more streamlined visual experience.

Trigger & Activation Settings

• These have been reorganized for ease of understanding, complete with real-time logic toggles for smooth operation.

Sharing Options

• Enjoy simplified tabs that allow you to choose between Embed Code, Shareable Link, and Email seamlessly.

Form-to-Email Appending

• You can now effortlessly append forms directly into your native email templates via an intuitive dropdown selection.

Key Highlights

• More Visual. More Clear. With icons, toggles, and layout previews, setting things up is straightforward and confident.

• Minimize Sidebar Options. Now includes a simple title field with left/right positioning for a clutter-free interface.

• Email Embeds Made Easy. Selecting a template and form has never been easier—accomplish it all in one streamlined flow.

• Streamlined Navigation. Effortlessly switch between managing settings for forms, surveys, and quizzes.

How It Works

1. Open your preferred form, survey, or quiz builder.
2. Click on "Integrate" in the top-right corner.
3. Use the tabbed UI to:
   • Choose your Embed Code layout and behavior.
   • Copy a Share Link or share directly to social media.
   • Embed into an Email Template automatically by choosing the template (for Forms).

Notes

• All previous functionalities are retained and streamlined. Engage with your embeds like before, with improved user-friendliness.
• Control over when and how embeds appear remains, utilizing scroll, timer, or visit triggers.
• Email embedding is now a fully native feature—no longer necessary to manually select a form in the Email Builder.
