One of the great benefits of this tool is its customizability. You can tailor each feature to meet your specific needs.
Define the subject line of the auto-response email. The system defaults to the form or survey name if this field is left blank.
Specify the reply-to email address for respondent communication.
Set the sender’s name. If it’s not specified, it defaults to your account name.
With these settings in place, your forms and surveys are primed to automatically engage with respondents, ensuring timely and personalized responses.
