We’re excited to announce a new feature enhancement – Automated Affiliate Payouts using PayPal! This game changer allows you to pay your affiliates within SMBcrm without having to navigate third-party payment platforms. Let’s run through the key details:

What’s New?

This update is designed to make your payout process smoother, intuitive, and user-friendly:

• Automatic affiliate payouts within the SMBcrm platform.
• Email notifications are sent to both the sender and the affiliate.
• Capability to add, edit, and manage affiliate’s PayPal account details in both; Account Affiliate Manager and Affiliate Portal.

Here’s What You Need:

To get started, you’ll need to integrate with a PayPal Business Account. You will also need to add PayPal email IDs for affiliates under the affiliate’s Payout Methods.

How it Works:

1. Navigate to the Payouts Page
2. View the Approved Payouts
3. Select the affiliates you want to pay
4. Click “Pay” to make payments to multiple affiliates together, or use the blue Pay icon for individual payments
5. Review and confirm
6. Click “Pay Now”

Please note, valid PayPal Business Account integration and valid PayPal email IDs for affiliates are required. Also, only Account Admins can initiate payouts using this method.
