Our latest update brings increased flexibility to your booking flow with the new Calendar Widget Reorder feature. Now, businesses can tailor the booking experience to collect lead information efficiently, even if an appointment isn’t scheduled or if payment processing fails.

What’s New?

The Calendar Widget consists of three main steps:

  1. Date & Time Selector
  2. Form
  3. Payments (if enabled)

The new reorder functionality allows you to customize the order of these steps to best suit your needs. You can choose to have the Date & Time Selector or the Form appear first in the flow, while the Payment step will always be the last step.

Note: This feature is exclusively available for the NEO Widget.

How to Use the Calendar Widget Reorder Feature

  1. Access Calendar Settings:
    • First, navigate to Calendar Settings and select your calendar.
  2. Proceed to Forms & Payments:
    • Once in the Calendar Settings, go to the Forms & Payments section.
  3. Drag and Reorder Components:
  • Drag the Date & Time Selector and Form components to arrange them in your preferred sequence.
  1. Save Changes:
    • Click Save to apply your changes.
