How to Create a Call Script

Creating a Call Script is straightforward for those with admin privileges. Follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to: Location Settings > Phone Numbers > Advanced Settings > Call Scripts.

  2. Only Agency Owners, Admins, and Account Admins have the ability to create Call Scripts. While non-admins are unable to create these scripts, they can still utilize them during calls.

Using Call Scripts in Your Calls

Maximize the effectiveness of your calls by using Call Scripts through these simple steps:

  1. Begin your call using the web dialer.
  2. Click on “Scripts”.
  3. Select the desired Script to guide the conversation.

Call Scripts are currently accessible via the Labs section. To enable this feature, go to:

  • Location Settings > Labs > Call Scripts

Device Support and Future Enhancements

At the moment, Call Scripts are integrated with the web dialer, with plans for mobile app support coming soon. Please note, Call Scripts currently cannot be linked to workflows, users, or opportunities. We encourage you to share your feedback and most needed features with us, which will help us prioritize future updates.
