We're excited to announce that you can now add CC and BCC fields in the Email Action to improve your email communication without compromising simplicity.

New Feature Highlights

Adding CC/BCC Fields with Ease

• You can now include CC (Carbon Copy) and BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) recipients directly in the Email Action. Simply click on the CC/BCC buttons, and the respective fields will populate for your convenience.

Important Points to Keep in Mind

• Flexibility: You can add either CC, BCC, or both in the Email Action based on your requirements. It's designed to be non-mandatory, offering you the freedom to decide if multi-recipient communication is necessary for your emails.

• Email Statistics: Please note that emails sent using the CC and BCC fields will not be reflected in the Email Stats. This ensures that the primary focus remains on the main recipient analysis.

• Testing Considerations: The Test Email feature is not applicable for CC/BCC emails. Further, the success or failure of email delivery will depend solely on the Contact Email (to email) rather than the listed CC/BCC emails.

• Handling Multiple Emails: Users can add multiple emails in both the CC and BCC fields. To separate these emails, simply use commas. If any of the emails entered are invalid, they’ll be automatically skipped, but other valid emails will still be sent successfully.

This enhancement is designed to streamline your email communication process, providing more options for sharing important information with multiple recipients efficiently and effectively.
