Previously, billing for Conference Calls was done in batches, which often made it difficult to track charges for specific calls. Now, charges will be processed after each individual call. - Regional Rate Accuracy
Charges for Conference Calls used to default to the United States rates, irrespective of the actual region where the call took place. This has now been rectified to reflect the correct regional rate, offering a fair representation of the charges based on the actual location used. - United States: $0.0018 per participant per minute
- Dublin: $0.0025 per participant per minute
- Tokyo: $0.0030 per participant per minute
- Singapore: $0.0030 per participant per minute
- Sydney: $0.0030 per participant per minute
- Sao Paulo: $0.0040 per participant per minute
