We’re excited to announce a new feature that enhances your control over managing affiliate commissions in your account. With the ability to delete certain commissions, administrators can now maintain cleaner records and better manage payout processes.

What’s New?

• Delete Commission Option: An intuitive delete action is now available in the Commission tab under an affiliate's profile, allowing for seamless management of commissions.
• Status-Based Deletion: To maintain the integrity of active payouts, only commissions marked as 'Denied' can be deleted. This prevents accidental removals of valid commissions.
• Commission Status Visibility: Easily track commissions with a new field that shows the current status of each commission – whether it’s Denied, Approved, or Pending.

How It Works

1. Open the Affiliate Profile within your account.
2. Navigate to the Commission tab to manage specific commissions.
3. Click the three-dot menu next to the commission you wish to address.
4. If necessary, update the commission's status to 'Denied'.
5. Click 'Delete' to permanently remove the commission from records.

Why It Matters

• Better Data Accuracy: This feature helps maintain accurate records by allowing you to remove commissions that were added in error or are no longer applicable.
• More Admin Control: Administrators have more power to manage outdated or incorrect commissions, ensuring the affiliate program runs smoothly.
• Error Correction: Resolve any mistakes by deleting commissions that were incorrectly assigned, mitigating potential payout errors.

Important Considerations

• Only commissions with a 'Denied' status can be deleted, ensuring that no active commission is accidentally removed.
• This action is final; once a commission is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
