Custom Object Workflows
You can now design workflows specific to your custom objects—be it Homes, Cars, Pets, or any other entity essential to your operations.

Trigger Workflows with Custom Object Events
Harness the ability to automate processes using robust triggers designed for your custom objects, ensuring workflows execute precisely when needed.

Perform Targeted Actions
Define and perform actions tailored to your objects, such as creating, updating, or clearing records, and integrate these actions smoothly with other tools in your workflow.

How It Works

To create and customize workflows for your custom objects:

1. Navigate to the Workflow Landing Page and select "Create Workflow."
2. Choose the Object-based Workflow you intend to tailor.
3. Customize your workflow with a variety of triggers and actions suitable for your specific needs.

Triggers

• Custom Object: Options like Home Created and Home Changed.
• Events: Utilize triggers such as Inbound Webhook.

Actions

• Custom Objects: Actions include Create Home or Associated Record, Update Home or Associated Record, and Clear fields of Home or Associated Record.
• Send Data: Use tools like Custom Webhook and Google Sheets.
• Internal: Actions include conditional logic with If/Else, Wait, and Update Custom Value, among others.
• Workflow AI: Leverage GPT powered by OpenAI for intelligent automation.

Use Case Example

Consider a real estate agency that uses a custom object named "Home" to manage home listings. When a property is marked as "Closed" (indicating it's sold), the agency needs to automate subsequent actions such as updating records and logging sales data.

Trigger

• Object Changed: Trigger the workflow when the Home Status field in the "Home" object changes to "Closed."

Workflow Actions

• Update Associated Object: Update related records, like the "Agent," linked to the property.
• Add a Row to Google Sheets: Record the sale in a centralized document for comprehensive tracking and reporting.
• Clear a Field in the Object or Associated Object: Remove temporary Notes and Internal Comments that are no longer necessary.
