Merging and Adding Additional Email Addresses and Phone Numbers
Easily merge contacts without losing important information. Now, you can retain additional email addresses and phone numbers during the merge process. Select a primary email and phone number according to your preference, making contact management more flexible.

Improved DND Preference Management
Gain full control over how you receive communications. Our enhanced Do Not Disturb (DND) settings allow you to manage preferences for each communication channel individually, ensuring that you stay connected as per your needs.

Updated User Experience (UX)
Navigate through a cleaner interface designed to improve your workflow. With significant fixes and performance enhancements, the updated UX will streamline your contact management processes efficiently.

How to Use the Updated Merge Feature

  1. Enable the Feature
    Access the feature by navigating to Accounts > Labs > “Updated Merge Feature”.
  2. Select Contacts to Merge
    Choose multiple contacts you wish to merge and click ‘Merge’ on the top bar.
  3. Choose the Master Record

Designate a primary contact by selecting a master record.

    Review the contacts and map the necessary fields to ensure all essential information is retained.
  2. Confirm the Merge
    Finalize your contact refinement by confirming the merge.
