Enhanced Coupon Usage Controls for Businesses

We’re excited to announce an update to our coupon feature which gives you, our valued customers even more control over your marketing strategies!

Meet Once Per Customer Coupon Usage

Starting today, we’ve integrated an option allowing businesses to limit the use of a specific coupon code to only once for each customer. This option is seamlessly built into the process of coupon creation and can also be applied retroactively to coupons that are currently active.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • During the coupon creation process, you’ll now notice a checkbox labeled Limit to one use per customer. By checking this box, you’re ensuring that each unique customer will only be able to redeem the particular coupon once.
  • What’s more, this option can also be applied to currently active coupons. This gives businesses an extra layer of control over their deals and promotions.

By enabling this feature, you can ensure that your deals and promotions are distributed more evenly among your customers and reduce the possibility of a single customer repeatedly using a high-value coupon.

The default setting for this feature will remain unchecked for all new coupon creations as well as your existing active coupons. It’s there when you need it, and unobtrusive when you don’t.
