Our latest update introduces two new features designed to enhance your email communication experience with Documents & Contracts: Email Template Preview and the ability to add CC recipients. These enhancements aim to provide better customization options and improved collaboration for your everyday document-related tasks.

Email Template Preview

The new Email Template Preview feature allows you to easily view and customize your email templates before sending them. This ensures your communication is consistent with your brand and accurately reflects your intended message.

To use this feature:

• Navigate to Docs → Settings → Preview: Edit templates as needed.
• Edit on the Fly: When sending a specific document, you can modify the email template directly by following these steps:
  • Go to the desired document.
  • Click "Send via Email."
  • Edit the template as required.

CC on Document Emails

Adding CC recipients on document emails is now possible, making it easier to include additional stakeholders in the communication process. This feature applies to global settings, individual documents, and public documents, offering you flexibility in sharing important information.

Steps to add CC users:

• Global CC Settings:
  • Navigate to Settings → Customer Notifications → CC Settings.
  • Add desired CC users for all outgoing document emails.
• Per-Document CC:
  • Open the specific document.
  • Click "Send via Email."
  • Add CC users during the email composition process.
