This incredible feature allows users to seamlessly integrate their Gmail accounts with our SMBcrm CRM, providing a synchronized email experience that will boost productivity and streamline your communication process.

💡 What is Gmail Two-Way Sync?

Gmail Two-Way Sync enables users to connect their personal Gmail email accounts and sync outgoing & incoming emails between the CRM and their Gmail accounts. By initiating the first email thread from the CRM, all subsequent emails in the thread will be synced between both platforms. This user-level setting is designed to enhance individual email management without impacting other users in the sub-account.

🔧 Steps to Connect:

  1. Navigate to your Settings page, then the Profile tab, and finally the General tab.
  2. Scroll down to the “Email (2-way sync)” section and select “Gmail two sync.”
  3. Click “Connect” and follow the on-screen instructions to connect your Gmail account.

       

🔄 How does the 2-way sync work?

Once the sync is established by sending the first outbound email from the CRM, all subsequent messages in the email thread will be synchronized between the CRM and your Gmail account.

All subsequent messages in the email thread (initiated from the CRM) will be in sync. Outbound emails from your email will reflect in the CRM and vice versa. 

 

 

 

⚙️ Other Functionalities:

  1. Update Email: Easily switch your connected email ID without disconnecting the previous connection.

  1. Disconnect Email: Disconnect your Gmail account and stop the sync with the CRM

 

📧 Compatibility with Different Email Types:

  1. Individual Email: Your Gmail email ID will be the sender domain for individual emails.
  2. Bulk Email: Your Gmail email ID will be the sender domain for bulk emails if entered in the “From Field.” If the field is blank, the sub-account level provider will be used.
  3. Workflow & Automation: Emails will continue to be sent from your marketing domain.
