We’re excited to announce a significant enhancement to our Ad Manager platform with the introduction of Google Search Ads. You can now seamlessly connect your Google account and launch responsive search ad campaigns in just a few easy steps. This latest addition broadens your advertising toolkit, empowering you to diversify your marketing strategy across multiple channels with ease.

What’s New?

Connect Google with Ad Manager

  • Seamless Integration: Easily link your Google account through a straightforward onboarding experience.
  • Google Ad Accounts: Choose from eligible Google Ad accounts connected to your Google profile.

Create Google Search Ad Campaigns

  • Ad Content Creation: Design up to 3 ads per campaign using one URL domain. Craft unique headlines and descriptions for each ad.
  • Keyword Management: Add up to 40 positive and 40 negative keywords. Benefit from suggested keywords based on your website content.
  • Budget & Audience Controls: Manage daily budgets, select start/end dates, and handle payments directly through Google Ad accounts. Target specific locations, radii, and select languages for precision.

Monitor Ad Campaign Performance

  • Utilize the Statistics tab in Ad Manager to visualize and track performance analytics and conversion summaries for all campaigns.
  • Enhanced Filtering & Monitoring: Filter metrics by date range or platform for comprehensive insights into each campaign’s effectiveness.

How It Works

Step 1: Connect Google to Ad Manager

  1. Click on “Connect Google” in Ad Manager.
  2. Select your Google account and approve necessary permissions.
  3. Choose a Google Ad account to proceed with campaign creation.
  4. Click “Get Started” to start your Google campaigns.

Integrating Google

Step 2: Create a Google Search Ad Campaign

  1. Click “Create Campaign” on the home screen and choose “Google.”
  2. Define your ad content, adding unique URLs, headlines, and descriptions for up to 3 ads.
  3. Manage keywords, set daily budgets, and specify your audience by location and language.
  4. Review your setup and click “Publish” to go live.

Step 3: View Campaign Statistics

  1. Navigate to the “Statistics” tab to access metrics for all campaigns.
  2. Use the platform filter to switch between Google and Facebook campaigns.
  3. Apply date filters to focus on metrics within a particular timeframe.

Step 4: View Individual Campaign Statistics

  1. Access detailed metrics like clicks, ROI, CPC, and CTR for each campaign.
  2. Click on a campaign to view detailed statistics and use the date filter for specific insights.

Why This Feature?

With the integration of Google Search Ads, you now have expanded capabilities to manage your advertising across two of the largest ad ecosystems—Facebook and Google. This integration is designed to streamline your ad management process, enhance efficiency, and allow for scalable advertising campaigns.

  • Snapshot Support: Google ad campaigns will soon become assets in snapshot creation and loading.
  • Ad Templates: Quickly generate campaigns using pre-built templates (Coming Soon).
  • Retargeting Options: Develop custom audiences for refined ad targeting.

Notes

  • Google does not currently support the option to include/exclude geographic locations by radius.
  • Keywords operate on the ‘Phrase Match‘ logic.
