Calendars Module – UI/UX Improvements & Enhanced Guidance
Our latest update brings a series of intuitive UI/UX enhancements to the Calendars Module, making it easier to navigate and configure with greater ease and clarity. This update is designed to reduce confusion, errors, and support requests, ensuring a smoother experience for our users.
What’s New
Enhanced Meeting Location UI
- We've added a new “Meeting Location” header under the Meeting Details tab to enhance visibility.
- If a location option isn’t available for your calendar type, we now clearly inform you of unsupported options, which improves clarity and reduces potential setup errors.
Smarter Interdependent Settings
- Previously, enabling settings like Recurring Appointments was challenging when incompatible settings, such as Date-specific Hours or Multiple Team Members, were already active. Users had to disable these settings manually.
- Now, we clearly display any conflicting settings and provide an option to automatically disable them with just one click, allowing you to enable what you need quickly and effortlessly.
- A new popup notification appears whenever multiple users are added to a calendar view, alerting users that horizontal scrolling is available to see all team members' schedules.
- This guidance helps ensure users are aware of additional team member availabilities, addressing a previous pain point that often led to confusion.
These updates are focused on reducing setup confusion through clearer messaging and smarter interactions. Consequently, this results in fewer support tickets and a more guided, seamless user experience.
