New Product Update – Account Affiliate Manager: Manual Sales and Commissions

We are thrilled to introduce our latest feature: Manual Sales and Commissions. This new functionality empowers you by allowing manual additions of sales for affiliates, ensuring flexible tracking and crediting of sales that might not be captured automatically.

What’s New?

  • Add Manual Sales: A new option to assign manual sales and commissions is now available on the Affiliate Profile page.
  • Easy Customer/Lead Filtering: You can search for existing users or create new leads effortlessly.
  • New Optional Fields for Manual Sales: Added fields include Event ID for invoice or reference ID, and Event Date for the transaction date.

How It Works

  1. Open the Account Affiliate Manager.
  2. Navigate to the Affiliate Page.
  3. Select the affiliate for whom you want to add manual sales.
  4. On the Affiliate Profile page, scroll down to the Table tab.
  5. Under the Commission section, click on Add Manual Commissions.
  6. In the pop-up window, search for the lead or customer associated with the manual sale. If the customer does not exist, click on Add as Lead to create a new lead.
  7. Confirm the affiliate’s and customer’s names in the Add Manual Commissions pop-up.
  8. Enter the revenue amount for the transaction.
  9. Optionally, add an Event ID and date.

Why It Matters

This feature is essential for accurately tracking and crediting sales that might not be automatically captured. By allowing manual additions, we ensure that affiliates receive the correct commissions for all their efforts, thereby improving accuracy and transparency in affiliate management.
