We are thrilled to announce the addition of a brand-new feature to our platform: the ability to add multiple chat widgets for each account! This new feature allows you to enhance the user experience on your landing pages with different designs and customizations.

Multiple Chat Widget Options

The new multiple chat widget feature enables you to:

• Add Multiple Chat Widgets: Implement various chat widgets with distinct designs and customizations on different landing pages for a tailored user experience.
• Streamlined Code: This update reduces the amount of code required for installation, enhancing overall performance.
• Hassle-Free Updates: No need to reinstall the code each time you make changes or update widget settings.

How Does It Work?

1. Navigate to Chat Widgets:

   • Go to Sites > Chat Widget.
   • 

2. Create a New Chat Widget:

   • You will find the option to Create New Chat Widget.
   • 

3. Select Your Chat Type:

• Choose between SMS/Phone Chat, Live Chat, or WhatsApp Chat.
• Note: The current setup will become the default chat widget.

4. Integration with Funnels or Websites:
   • In your Funnels or Website, you will be able to select the chat widget option for more customization. For WordPress, it will support the default chat widget.
