Introducing New Updates to Calendar Availability

We’re excited to present our newest update, which brings further customization and flexibility to your scheduling needs. Following this update, scheduling your hours has never been easier or more efficient.

What’s Changing?

You’ll now notice that we have replaced the Standard and Custom Availability features with two new powerful tools—Weekly Working Hours and Date-Specific Hours. Previously, you were limited to choosing between one of these two availability settings, but with our latest update, you can configure both your regular weekly hours and unique hours for specific dates at the same time.

This not only paves the way for a consistent weekly schedule but also accommodates special circumstances on particular dates. With the revamp of Date Specific Hours, users can now specify both times when they’ll be available and times when they won’t, removing the necessity for blocked slots to indicate unavailability and simplifying the overall process.

How Does It Work?

Weekly Working Hours (Formerly Standard Availability)
Weekly Working Hours allows for repeated schedules to be set up on a weekly basis. If you have a set routine that doesn’t vary from week to week, this feature will be a perfect fit. Once you set the days and times, the system will automatically apply your indicated schedule every week, ensuring consistency without added effort.

Date-Specific Hours (Formerly Custom Availability)
On the other hand, the upgraded Date-Specific Hours feature is excellent for one-off changes. If you’re expecting an irregular schedule due to a holiday, personal commitments, or unplanned changes, you can use this feature to adjust your availability beyond your standard weekly schedule, ensuring your clients have the most up-to-date information.
