To start using the null value in conditional elements, follow these steps:
Navigate to Email Marketing: Head over to the Marketing section and select Email Marketing.
Create or Edit an Email: Choose to create a new email campaign or edit an existing template.
Access the Visibility Tab: Select the element you wish to make conditional and go to its Visibility tab.
Enable the Conditional Element: Toggle on the Conditional Element option.
Set the Condition: Choose the contact field you want to base the condition on. For the value, leave the field empty to represent 'null.'
Save Your Changes: Ensure you save any adjustments made to the email campaign or template.
Please remember that entering the word "NULL" into the field will not work. The field must be left empty to represent a null value.
