Welcome to our latest enhancement! We're excited to announce the addition of Number Pool support for your Voice AI Agents. This new feature promises to streamline call management and improve efficiency by allowing a single agent to handle calls from multiple phone numbers.
With number pooling, you no longer need to create and manage separate agents for each phone number. A single agent can efficiently handle calls from multiple numbers, saving you time and resources.
This feature centralizes call routing and simplifies operations, reducing redundancy and making your workflow smoother and more efficient.
You can now assign a Number Pool to your agent via the Create/Update Agent → Phone & Availability section. This allows for easy management and assignment of phone numbers to your agents.
Incoming calls to any number within a pool will dynamically route through your agent's location, with AI handling calls based on backup and availability settings. This ensures that your calls are managed efficiently no matter which number is dialed.
Agents configured with a Number Pool will appear on the Agent Listing Screen, making it easier for you to manage and overview your agent setup.
Our updated call logs and dashboards now display the specific phone number used during interactions, providing enhanced visibility and insights into call management.
Please ensure you have at least one Number Pool created to start using this feature effectively.
