Introducing Page View Trigger

We’re excited to announce a feature our users have eagerly been asking for – the “Page View Trigger” for workflows. This new offering allows you to set up automation on your funnels and websites triggered by customer page visits. This means you can now enjoy even more personalized, effective customer interactions based on the specific pages your users visit.

Key Features and Benefits

Here are some enhancements this new feature brings:

  • Targeted and Timely Automation: Set up workflows to trigger based on customer page visits. You can now reach your customers at just the right time with automation that’s guided by their activity.
  • Enhanced Customer Engagement Tracking: Keep up with your customer engagement by tracking their page view history directly within the contact record.
  • Identify Most Engaged Users: Use visit summaries to identify the users who are most engaged with your business.

How to Use the Page View Trigger

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Navigate to the Workflow.
  2. Click on ‘Add Trigger’ and select ‘Funnel & Website Page View’ trigger under the events category.
  3. Select Funnel/Website.
  4. Select Page/Page URL (optional).
  5. Add UTM Parameters (optional).

Please note, the “Page Visited Trigger” will only activate if the visiting customer’s details exist within the webpage. This important feature ensures workflow automations are executed with accurate customer context and engagement data.
