We are thrilled to announce a new feature that brings more control and flexibility to your email marketing campaigns. You can now pause or cancel scheduled email campaigns, including A/B tests. This capability allows you to make edits or corrections anytime before your campaign goes live, which enhances your control over email marketing efforts.
Overcoming Previous Challenges
Previously, users faced difficulties in managing scheduled campaigns directly. Any errors discovered post-scheduling could only be addressed through the cumbersome Bulk Action tab. This lack of direct control often led to frustration and suboptimal campaign performance.
Enhanced Control with New Features
Pause Campaigns
- You can now pause a scheduled email campaign at any time.
- If you resume a campaign after its original execution time, it will be sent at the time of resumption.
- Campaigns resumed before the scheduled execution time will be executed as originally planned.
Cancel Campaigns
- Cancel any scheduled email campaign to prevent it from being sent.
- This feature ensures that future batches, such as RSS or Batch emails, are stopped from sending.
How to Use the Pause and Cancel Features
Follow these easy steps to manage your campaigns:
- Navigate to Marketing > Email Marketing > Campaigns.
- Select the campaign under “Scheduled” status.
- Click on the three dots (menu icon) next to the campaign.
- Choose Pause or Cancel to manage the campaign as needed.
This new feature ensures you have complete control over your email marketing efforts, minimizing risks and maximizing efficiency.
