Introducing Payment Recording via Mobile Platform

We’re excited to announce an enhancement to our mobile platform—an ability to record payment for existing invoices! Now, account administrators and users can directly arrange for invoice payments via the mobile platform, provided they have certain permissions enabled from their settings. You can issue payments using Cards (new or saved), manual entry (such as cash, cards, bank transfer, cheque, and others), along with the tap to pay feature, which is available for devices with NFC support. You can find this feature on our app, LeadConnector app, and White-labeled apps.

What’s New

  1. Tap to Pay for invoices: Now you can record a payment for an existing invoice using Tap to Pay.
  2. Cards + Manual entry: Whether it’s a live payment using a new or saved card, or a manual entry for an already paid invoice—recording these transactions is easy.

How It Works

  1. Start by launching the mobile app, and make sure to select your preferred account.
  2. Use the main menu located at the top left of the screen, and browse to the “Invoice” section.
  3. Choose the specific invoice for which you’d like to record payment, press and hold it.
  4. Now, select the ‘record payment’ option.
  5. Pick your preferred payment method.
  6. Complete the process by accepting the payment via your chosen method!

Why This Update is Important:
This new update empowers account admins and users to arrange and record invoice payments directly from the mobile app, along with the ability to accept payments via the Tap to Pay option.
