This pre-send validation layer effectively prevents messages destined to fail due to factors such as invalid numbers, landlines, or opted-out contacts. By halting these messages before they're sent, you'll save time, reduce costs, and avoid unnecessary confusion.

Proactive Blocking of Undeliverable Messages

Messages that would typically result in well-known error codes are now automatically blocked. These include:

  • Sending messages to landlines
  • Contacts that have opted out
  • Invalid numbers and other predictable failures

Smart DND Handling

Contacts that frequently trigger delivery issuesโ€”such as responding with STOP or being a landlineโ€”are now flagged with Do Not Disturb (DND) markers. This helps prevent future attempts on clearly undeliverable numbers while still allowing retries in temporary situations, such as a phone being switched off.

Clear In-App Feedback

If a message is blocked before it gets sent, you will receive a clear explanation of why it was blocked. This ensures you're not left with uncertainty or guesswork.
