Here's a quick look at what's new:
One-Stop Conversations: You can now manage messages from multiple phone numbers linked to a contact all in one place. This made possible by integrating all messages into a singular conversation thread, ensuring you never miss a message again.
Addition and Management of Multiple Phone Numbers: We know that contacts often have more than one phone number. So, we've taken steps to make managing these numbers easy. You can now link up to eleven phone numbers to a single contact. Plus, add labels like 'work', 'mobile', 'home', 'landline' for easy identification. Directly from the Conversations module, you can edit, set a primary number, or delete phone numbers too.
Swift and Simple Calls: From your conversations page, you can place calls directly to any linked phone numbers. It's all about making it easier for you to connect and communicate.
Accessible under the Labs section, you can find this new enhancement labeled as "Multiple Phones in Conversations".
