With the Skip Action option, our Conversation AI will intelligently skip asking a question if the answer already exists in the conversation history. This means the bot will not repeat queries unnecessarily, providing a smoother and more efficient experience for your contacts. Instead, the conversation will naturally progress to the next relevant branch or condition.
Implementing this feature is straightforward. Simply enable it within your Conversation AI workflow, and let the system intelligently guide your contacts.
